Entrepreneurs live and work in a town that you can raise a family in.
Nice parks, hiking at a state park only 1 mile away, fish in the Yellowstone River, local hunting areas, rock hounding, enjoy the local Hollecker Lake. Friendly people. Create your own business in this rural town and enjoy life.
Built in 1918, the historic 'Rose Theatre' building originated as a vaudeville theater and converted to a one screen movie theatre shortly after. Rechristened as the 'Retro Theatre' in 2014, the building was given a 'historic facelift' revealing the original Art Deco architecture, renovated to host live music performances with an updated (and larger!) stage, sound booth, green room, and much more. Remodeled bathrooms, balcony, entrance, floor space, new furnace, etc.
Lots of potential as multi-faceted event space... or let your imagination run wild!
